With OPUS Coconut Grove, the vision was to craft an intimate and elevated residential experience; one that offers exclusivity and sophistication while maintaining a strong connection to its lush, vibrant surroundings. The architectural design balances old-world charm with modern elegance, ensuring that each of the 14 residences feels timeless yet forward-thinking.
We emphasized panoramic view, natural light, and expansive private terraces, so residents feel immersed in the beauty of Coconut Grove and Biscayne Bay.

I wanted the architecture to reflect and complement this unique character while elevating the residential experience.
The design embraces seamless indoor-outdoor living, with floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces that frame a panoramic view of Biscayne Bay, Peacock Park, and the Grove’s lush canopy. The use of natural materials and warm tones were intentional, creating a sense of harmony between the residences and their surroundings.
